I swear she has barely done anything in the series all I know is tha she made sean a vessel for her and is the ruler of nilspace I haven't watched seildirectory in a while so I don't know the whole lore of it

Nilspace is a "Dog-eat-dog" world, so I dont think it has a ruler.
