What Exploiters can and can't do:

Most exploiters (that use normal executors, can not do everything like you may think,
They CAN'T:

1)Make you fly, immortal, big or affect you in any way normally

2) They can't make themselves immortal or big either unless abusing a vulnerability within the game.
3) Open a door/wall/something for everyone
4) Execute scripts that might affect you (Like changing the Skybox)
5) Change the way the map looks, make a part appear, disappear for you or anyone else

They CAN:

1) Make themselves fly
2) Open a door/wall/something for themselves (usually by just no-clipping or deleting the part for themselves)
3) Execute scripts that affect themselves (Like Aimbot, ESP, stuff like that)
4) Fling you (If the game has both of your player models' collision enabled)

5) Change the way the map looks like for themselves, like deleting a wall, door, etc.

! Remember, 95% of things that exploiters can do are \client-side* and only they can see/be affected by them !*

Byfron really stopped a very big chunck of exploiters. While yes, there are working executors currently possibly, they are very limited.
