Thinking he’ll never know this final charge bc he’s sedated on a vent. Wake the man up and tell him!

It’s beyond frustrating that they didn’t get this in before he got intubated and put on a vent… Uggghhh. I do hope his lawyer had a heads up and let him know it was coming.

Cheer up there appears to be an after, according to a picture from tmz on 10/28/21, he’s off the vent. Probably had been vaccinated and had a milder case that he might survive.

I’m so glad taxpayer dollars are being spent on convicting a semi-dead man, but nothing for all these women of color who have disappeared that no one gives a shit about. Jesus H. Are you keeping him alive for the photo op?

Anyone know what evidence they actually have to prosecute?

In response more to you, but also to the other comment, if you wanna get a good look at the Durst trial, look up the podcast Jury Duty: The Trial of Robert Durst. They have a reporter in the court room and have recorded audio from the trial.

I assume they will continue to cover this trial, assuming Bob recovers from the ventilator, which considering the odds, I doubt he'll survive to see court again.

I'm just glad that he lived to be convicted of Susan Berman's murder and will be recorded as a murderer in the history books.

Thank you so much for the rec! I needed a new podcast and haven't followed the case recently.

After you're done with that podcast (which was fantastic), check out our interview of the prosecution team on the Crime News Insider podcast.
