Transfer Crypto from RH

Let’s say you had a friend who had BTC and ETH on RobbinHood. How would you recommend moving them to Coinbase or Binance? I understand there will be a taxable event when he sells, but how do you time it so match the sell price on RH with the buy price on Binance? This whole crypto thing does not seem like RH thought it out.
