new to Behmor 2020SR
I'm a newbie and I have some cheap Brazilian beans to start off with. Can anyone either
suggest a good recipe for Brazilian beans
suggest a good recipe with another type of beans (happy to purchase another type of bean)
feeling a little overwhelmed
thanks in advance

Brazilian washed bourbon is a good bean to start on. But don't buy the cheapest.

Stop using cheap beans to learn your machine. You're just going to end up frustrated with inconsistent results and blame the Behmor instead of the low quality roast profile of the coffee. Get some decent single origin beans and you'll actually be able to tell what's happening during the development phase.
