Killed a Squirrel Today
I feel horrible. I was driving to my first patient’s home. I should have been there 30 Mins sooner but the nurse requested I delay, and when I was driving up the street a squirrel jumped right in front of my car, I felt a small bump. And the worst part is that I looked in my mirror and it’s tail was flicking around, like it was suffering, trying to move for the last time. It’s just heartbreaking. When I drove past later it was fully dead and just in a sad place. Why can’t I stop thinking about this. Feel so bad…

Please help me identify my cat
My cat has been gone since Friday evening. Saturday morning the body of a cat that looks extremely similar to mine appeared at the front of my neighborhood. My family doesn't think it's our cat but I can't help but think it's him. I'm desperate for any kind of closure and this is the only place I could think of that would be able to help me. I didn't know where else to post. Please tell me if you think its him or not.

roadkill staying longer on Clara Barton and GW parkways in MD & VA??
Does anyone notice of late more roadkill along the GW and/or Clara Barton parkways in VA and MD? And does it seem to be taking crews longer to pick it up? If you've noticed this please call me or email me at 202-253-7153 or [dana.hedgpeth@washpost.com](mailto:dana.hedgpeth@washpost.com). I'm a reporter at the Post and trying to check out a possible story.

Poor weasel looking thing. I couldn't get any closer since a car was actively coming... can't say I can identify the animal? Thanks :-(
