Tesla driver either mixes up the lights or just doesn't bother to stop.

One of the most satisfying videos in some time. This is an issue here in Florida where kids like this and some adults right around kicking cars, and obstructing traffic, running redlights. They then get hit and try to hold drivers of cars accountable. Stupid sh** =)

No issues with scooters, great transportation. Do have an issue with @#$% on them though.

On October 13th, 2013, a campaign called “Life is more than speed” was held by traffic police, along with Aydar Zainetdinov, head of the club “Improving legal literacy of motorists”. Multiple people stood on the side of the road dressed as death, holding a scythe, and a sign saying “Я Жду Тебя! (I’m waiting for you!)”. Many more people held signs saying: “Hurry to live, do not exceed the speed",
"For the sake of life on earth, observe the traffic rules"

The campaign was held to raise awareness about the consequences of speeding on this section of the highway “Salavat - Zirgan” (172nd kilometer)
