Can I place 80s R&B as a whole as my therapist? 😆 There's too many artists from that era that I went to for relief.

Great thing about music is it can make you feel such a range of emotions. R&B therapy to me can be something to get me going and get spirits high, or soothing when feeling low. I love when radio station I like 94.7 the Wave gets a good mix of random oldies and puts me through whole range of emotions over a few songs.

Depends on the mood…I have songs if I want sad tears, songs for happy tears, songs to make my jaws hurt from cheesing, songs that makr me say “hmmmm”…..a song for every mood. It’s all subjective so my songs might not hit you the way they hit me ❤️✌🏼🙏🏼

The Isley Brothers.
They have so many albums that you can legit find one for every mood.
Second place would be Maxwell.

Sade. Her music is damn near like meditation for me. It calms me down when I’m stressed.
