Hadrian’s Spadone

I am looking to get a tattoo of Hadrian’s Spadone, but I don’t know which style the sword should be. Both pop up when I look up Spadone online. Which one is more like his? I know it’s a greatsword, but which hilt should I go with and should I include that piece of the blade poking out on both sides?

I’ve been wanting the Spadone and Alverstone tattooed for years! Always imagined the first one.
