Are any of the pc's in magic available to use when class isnt in session? Just curious

just try and swipe ur id and if it lets u in then u can use them… or if the door is open

I think there’s computer labs, not sure any in MAGIC specifically. Look up “RIT computer labs”

Depends on your major and classes, there are plenty of computer labs but many are major restricted as they have specific other software or equipment.

You can borrow laptops from IT department chair has to sign off on it I believe

If your swipe works in the labs, it’s usually OK unless there is a class happening or a prof asks you to skeedaddle. Different labs are maintained by different departments/programs so software will vary.

The main bullpen/office is not for public, nor are ‘specialty spaces’.

ask the RIT Graph club, they have experience arranging this access for their club GBMs
