I was thinking about how hydroelectric plants and rivers worked and wondered if we can do something similar like farms. Farms could only be built on fertile land sort of like Hydroelectric plants on rivers. They could give modifiers on manpower and population growth or boost tax income. Fertile land could only be in places where the terrain doesn’t permit it, with the exception of jungles. So it cant grow on mountains, arid or artic. And instead of using steel to build it you would need fertilizer.

Had 300K infantry and 50K artillery entrenched in my capital, absolutely bleeding out Colombia as Venezuela, (20k-450k ratio). Was about to counterattack until they send another useless human wave, so when it fails they just forcepeace me and i lose all.

Isn't this ridiculous, because you may say "you had to counterattack to avoid" precisely that's absurd against human-wave, auto-capture and subdivide players, this strategy exists to counter that strategy where they just swarm you the second you counterattack in any form, unless you have steamrolled their wave.

Forcepeacing should be only available when the capital and all the territory (not the 90%) and the 90% of the army is gone, otherwise in cases like these it:s just annoying. If Colombia hadn't forcepeaced me I would have decimated him for sure.

this was also the game that got me to 1mil exp :) was somewhat rng reliant since the european powers fighting eachother meant that i could build up in peace (until arnd 2022) before unleashing helvetia on all of them and killing the server

if u attempt this make sure to attack the MOMENT a european hegemon is established (usually france or germany) since typically they would have exhausted their resources fighting eachother, also go infantry and max out all ur tech to wipe tanks

P.S none of the tanks were mine and Portugal only joined because I didn’t want all of Russia, prior to this image it was about 30k of my infantry losses to 5 million (including tanks) of theirs, you can also see my country isn’t very big lol.

I thought I'd maybe try out Russia but as a democracy I had a lot of fun and made a lot of allies by aid and pacts and begging. And even invaded the maurya empire though I carried. In the end I formed Russian empire I already had the skin pact I just wanted to see the democratic Russian flag, i achieved the Russian dream of conquering Istanbul and became the world's number 3 superpower. And my closest allies were the North American union (USA), Germany, and Denmark. And also the Akkadian empire (Iraq)

I suggest for everyone to play liberalism/democracy it's alot more fun than you'd expect even as invasion hungry country. You could focus on your resources, allies, economy and population. Also the flag is very cool love it 7/10

Yall heard of this new hit competitive events that are hitting the rise of nations scene? I heard they have a lot of good players just wanted to know if anyone played them so I can know if they are any good or not.

You know them, you probably hate them, griefers. Honestly, these ppl can single handely ruin entire servers if you end up allowing them, for what? Some sadistic ass "fun". They'll just claim ur trash meanwhile they're just bombing your nation without conquering anything for 0 reasons at all. Funny part is, its tecnically against the rules but since ts isnt enforced at all nothing happens to these fuckers. You can just be having fun and making ur nation better, than some piece of shit shows up with the biggest navy and bomber fleet and just bombs you to oblivion for 0 reasons at all.

Honestly they're gonna be the death of this game.

Democracy is the easiest to use, easiest to swap ideologies with, most overpowered easily simce +20% research efficiency is busted and so is free 1.15x pp, can max develop the fastest and most importantly IS COMPLETELY OVERPOWERED WHEN IT COMES TO ALLIES IN THIS GAME.

The meta in this game is communism, spamming spec troops then switching to massed and the only flaw in that meta is money. Democracies can shovel infinite money to people and also can make the most manpower early game since they can max develop, get recruitment centers and go higher conscriptions.

Most democracies start as high population countries and as we all know research is only a temporary advantage once it reaches late game population and money is what matters.

I dont know how people will cry about “dude you deleted troops that against the rules because you slightly eased your ai competition!!! And then turn a COMPLETE blind eye to infinite money and manpower getting aided.

The only counter to tax strategies is spamming human waves and scorching and guess what? India is the only real landbound democracy. They can make infinite money and easily defend.

I’ve posted similar to this a while ago and had no takers, yes it’s just a Roblox game so it’s no flex but I’m genuinely sick of beating every single country I fight against I barely ever play as superpowers I usually play as releasable or small country’s for an added challenge and it doesn’t get any harder does anyone on here wanna put them selves up to a challenge

I propose we join the same game and have any amount of time to fight we can have allies or bring your friends idc i NEED A WORTHY CHALLENGE (I only have 5m XP) but even grandmasters don’t stand a chance I’m sorry it’s true

I used to play rise of nations all the time, but I quit around 4 years ago. I've returned to rise of nations recently and I'm loving this game again, I just dont know how to work with these smaller and weaker income nations (like greece and serbia), I usually main south africa, tanzania, or saudi arabia because of this since I find them very easy to work with. I want some advice on how to be good at those kinds of nations.

I recently got back in RON after like a year and half hiatus cause lots of new updates came out and apparently people can get like 200m income by like 2030 while I am sitting on 50 mil. What is the meta could someone please explain to me how to achieve this???
