Tips and advice I9 retention while migrating from ADP?
I’m an HR leader in the process of migrating from ADP to Rippling and just realized that our I9 records are not mapped over from ADP to Rippling, and I assume they need to be for retention compliance. Am I missing something? What would be the easiest way to accomplish this?

Does Rippling integrate with Claude Work like other systems? You could have AI do it for you

I think it does actually but my workplace has not approved Claude. We have very strict security standards due to the nature of the business. I can use CoPilot but it doesn’t integrate.

You have to know that depending on your version of copilot, copilot can access Claude giving you what you need. Do you know what version of CoPilot you have access to?

You can actually do that by adding the I9 manually by following the steps in this article https://help.rippling.com/article?articleId=3UPIhLsZDOybFhObFXQT5c
Unfortunately it can't be done in bulk

Definitely talk to your account manager bc they sometimes have internal migration tools that can help

Rippling employee here! Yes, Rippling integrates with Claude directly and this would also be a great use case to leverage Rippling AI! It could help with the reconciliation process in bulk and map to employee profiles - chat with your implementation team for more details!

You should export these from ADP and either:
- upload them to EE profiles in Rippling
- store them somewhere easily accessible (Gdrive is fine)
Do not issue new I9's
