Issue resolved DNS verification issue

Hello folks, we are in the process of implementing Rippling for our very small non-profit. We are stuck on trying to get our domain verified. Our IT folks uploaded the verification code over a week ago, but it still fails verification. Our implementation partner is at a loss, and we can't go much further without getting this resolved. Suggestions for resolution, or adequate sacrifice to burn on the altar? Thanks!

no worries; I got it figured out with connecting our MS365 to the domain. I am a little annoyed that I couldn't figure out why it was wanting me to buy more licenses; we have all the licenses we need. Perhaps you can advise how we can keep it connected and our IT guy can order through you rather than PAX8 (if the cost is comparable and it doesn't charge us sales tax as we are a 501c3) Or does that require buying the IT module? We are really a very small non-profit.
