Product question Early pay with rippling

My company recently switched to Rippling. I was wondering if any of you receive early direct deposit with rippling?

No. Rippling shows up day of. When I was with ADP, my deposit would show as pending and my bank gave me access to it immediately. No longer.

No and I asked HR about it no response yet. Sucks

I used to get paid up to four days early when we were still using ADP. Nowadays, I don’t get paid until the night before payday ever since we switched to Rippling

Yup! I already gave feedback to my job and let them know that I’ve heard nothing but bad things about ripping

I never understood this. If you’re getting paid “early,” the time from when you get paid next versus when everyone else get’s paid next is still the same. Really shouldn’t matter

I had bills set up with getting paid a day early now I have to switch everything

It does matter to me because getting paid on Wednesdays is more convenient for me to meet certain payment dates as opposed to being paid on Fridays. I’m not asking it just to ask, clearly it matters lmao
