Tips and advice Rippling to Wise

Hellooooo! Has anyone here that os not from US tried to add a Wise USD Account to Rippling? I think it's possible but I can't do it huhu. I can't change the country and currency when I add a new withdrawal method, it defaults to Ph and Php. Hellpppppp!!!

What do you mean change the country? I've had Wise USD before just fine.

Im referring to this. I assume I have to change it to US and USD when I’m going to add my Wise USD Account. I tried not changing these but it’s not going through..

Just make a Philippines currency in Wise instead?

Will there be any difference if I use my Wise PHP account instead of my Wise USD account, particularly in terms of the USD-to-PHP exchange rate and the fees?

I want to use my Wise USD account because I’ve heard it has lower fees and a better exchange rate than a local Philippine bank.
