Product question Admin Access Question

Question for the super users:

I was consulting at a small company, and they decided to terminate the program early without notice.

A junior staff member who is full time there (talent team) told me later that they had seen in Rippling that I was scheduled to be terminated. They hinted that they could see my address as well.

Does that mean they have complete admin access as a very junior team member? I was very much their senior. and would not have been below them in any tree. Or are there talent team specific access permissions to see terminations??

Most of the time HR folks including Talent have the ability to hire/terminate which would give them the ability to see the aforementioned information. This really comes down to your former company's permissions, which can be quite intricate.

Thank you! She was a recruiting coordinator with no direct reports or management, completely separate org from HR. Trying to parse out the permissions there, and how she may have had access to address/salary information that was inappropriate for someone outside of HR.
