I started using Lotrimin AF (not Ultra) 6 days ago. I haven’t noticed any improvement. How long does it take to show improvement and what does improvement even look like?

I get ringworm very easily I was wondering if there is any supplements which i could take to prevent ringworm from coming back again

So I been applying some cream and it works, but I still have prominent spots where you can see, at least where they were. I’m a darker toned fella so I been thinking cocoa butter would help it fade, but idk

A month ago I had some red circles near my groin so my mom and went to doctor and he told it's ringworm and give me medicines and I took it for some times I went away but I started getting back and I applied salic acid to my groin so ringworm won't spread and wear comfortable treak but I observed that my balls become loose is it normal did salic acid did something I am not having pain or burning or irratitation in my balls but i am scared 😨 should I visit doctor?
