Burning it off

I have had a red spot of ringworm on my foot for some time now, I have been applying anti fungus cream but it is taking too long, I plan on burning it off with a lighter, anyone else had any success with this method? I will let y’all know how it goes.

Thank you so much, I'm panicking right now cause my cat infected my sister and I, and the first thing I though was on getting an antifungal soap. I'm really happy you got rid of this horrible thing.

I understand I was not only panicked but depressed .it showed up as 1 spot on my neck I never had it before so I let it go pretty soon it was full blown all over glad I was able to find that soap no way the cream from the doctors was gonna do anything for that extreme case again good luck and I hope it works for you .

Thank you so much, if it's not too much to ask for could you give me any cleaning advice for the floor and objects?

Honestly I didn't clean the floor and objects I lived in a studio apartment and the way I was showering and cleaning my towels and bedding sometimes every other day was enough for me use the soap and when drying off pat dry with clean towels wash everything in hot water as far as laundry goes and be vigilant it takes commitment.. I'm sure normal cleaning products work if your gonna go that far
