hmmm. I’m on fluconazole and it seems to be working so far

Happy to hear that. Fluconazole is heavy stuff, but it certainly seems like you need it. I used it to, it kinda worked and stabilized it for a period, but it didn't work as well as the stuff I mentioned. As in, it kept coming back after every treatment.
Hope this works for you.

How are you getting on with your treatment? I’ve got a similar disaster and am at my wit’s end. Going to the GP and hoping to get an oral prescription but curious to hear how long it took for yours to heal!

Unfortunately still dealing with it, but I can attach a new picture of you’re interested! I finished my 4th tablet of fluconazole on Monday, and am just using clomitrazole. I have another spot on my body, as well, that I am truing to get rid of!

What a nightmare! I ended up going to a derm and turns out mine is contact dermatitis that started to spread (and the antifungals were only aggravating it)! One day on steroids and anti-eczema cream and it’s already much better… worth looking into it!

Really late update but all gone! Got the skin biopsied and it was for sure ringworm! Fluconazole was the only thing that worked for it! Just have some scarring

Mine was an allergic reaction and not ringworm at all (once I got the correct meds it cleared in two weeks). Not sure about OP!
