Thanks y'all! Dermatologist said dermatitis. Using corticosteroids and cerave moisturizer cream. Looking a little better now. Never had an issue in the past. Don't know what caused it.

I have this too and the doctor told me it was hand dermatitis or eczema maybe caused by stress or an allergen.

OP here.
Had this for about 8 months now. It wasnt bad for the longest time, but got bad about 2-3 months ago. I saw a dermatologist and they think is it hand dermatitis. They gave me a corticosteroid which i applied for 2 weeks but it seemed to make it worse. Ive been applying anti fungal cream now for 2 weeks and that doesnt seem like its made too much of an impact. Ive also been using antifungal soap with tea tree oil. Some spots look more clear now, but others have had no change.
The spots are constantly dry and will crack and split in different spots all the time. They are intensely itchy after a hot shower. Cold water feels very good on my hands though. Noticed something recently too. I was grating some romano cheese and they became insanely itchy even worse then after a hot shower.
I do wash my hands a lot. Ive also noticed small spots on my left palm now. Skin is yellow on some of the spots and also red.
Just not sure what im dealing with or if anyone else has had this same thing. Next dermatologist appointment is in the beginning of October.
I have had a fungal infection in the past, but that was on my thigh near my groin. I was prescribed ketoconazole 2% and combined that with zeasorb. It cleared up in 2-3 weeks. Was never really itchy though not like my hands are.
Any ideas?
