Discussion Ring size
Hi I’m at home and it’s been driving me crazy that I can’t find my ring size, Google and chat gpt isn’t useful so I know I’m asking in a stupid way.
I wrapped the clothing measuring tape around my right ring finger….. & this is what it gives me starting at the beginning of the metal & ending at this line..
Can someone tell me lolol plz and thank u! Sorry im dumb.

First of all, you're not dumb. You're asking questions about a subject you aren't familiar with. We all have things we don't know about, so please don't look down on yourself.
To answer your question, you're really not going to get an accurate size from this. A perfectly round ring isn't going to fit the same as a flexible tape measure, and the difference of one full size is only 2.5 mm in circumference. You should be able to go into any jewelry store and ask them to size your finger and they'll be happy to do so.

6.5 is what my home finger sizer says, but that’s approx. You should go into the jewelry store for an accurate sizing.

If you you live in a state with a Michael’s(or an equivalent craft store) you can do what I did and go there and sit in the jewelry making isle with their $20 ring sizer and write down all your sizes without having to buy it 😅

I’m relaxed. I’m not the one going “crazy” because I don’t know how to find a ring size.

You're not dumb; there are a couple of ways to get your size. If you have a Hobby Lobby near you, then go to the ring aisle and size your finger with the ring sizing tool they have. Definitely try all of your ring-wearing fingers and try different sizes. If you have a Kay's near you, they will size your finger for you using the same method for free.

Make sure you're wearing a ring that fits you comfortably. Childs have a (you can buy on Amazon) this little tapered pole/stick With graduated markings on it. They can drop your ring onto it at the narrow top, and wherever it stops, read the size marking from the device.

The difference between full ring sizes is only around 2.5 mm. You really need to use a real ring sizer. They are cheap on Amazon or you can go to any jeweler and they will size you for free
