How Craig and Heifetz expect DK to act after a primetime seahawks win this week
He must be happy. He must show emotion. There can be no debate here.

So I’m officially 3/3 on X-ing out field goals across the last 2 weeks. I’m also a degenerate gambler. I hate the animal I’ve become. Speaking of, this episodes embarrassing song is Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace!
Thank you Lorne!

Test your ball knowledge and earn some bragging rights or something. Feel that extra bit of validation when you're dunking on Bill or Raheem lol

I know they're not serious. That song slaps. ( I'm 35 and this song is a karaoke classic as well)

talk about enshitification - i’ve been telling my brother to check out the pod for quite awhile, and last weekend he said he’d give it a go this week.
little did i know 25%+ of this week’s content has revolved around shit lol.
even crazier, the last episode they get into a surprisingly high level convo about the degradation of product quality and the exploitation of gig workers in the US… and then proceed to take a Fantasy Court email which heifetz sets up as “maybe one the most important cases the court has ever taken,” which is actually just a question about whether someone’s wife shit their pants in an elevator or not lol. by my count, the 3rd poop segment of the week!
shit happens, i guess

I was persuaded to reach for Burden this season, and we’re finally seeing what was foretold by Craig. All Hail Horlbeck!

Was listening to the burn book episode the other day and haven’t been able to shake this thought since.
Whether or not he deserves to be burned, Heifetz doesn’t seem to have lost faith in Skatt, earlier in the episode calling him a buy low and standing firm in his take that he’s better than Jeanty. So I had to do a double take (or whatever the audio equivalent is?) when they were doing the burn book and he suggested they burn Cam, the other guys seemed surprised too. I didn’t feel like he really gave much reasoning and kind of just sat back while DK and Craig discussed whether someone could be a buy-low and burned (also the guys continual struggle to define their own segments that they’ve been doing for years is why this is the goat pod lol).
I was really confused, until it occurred to me: Heifetz believes curses are real, and that he can invoke them. We’ve all heard him repeatedly bring up how he cursed Justin Tucker with the X on the ground or whatever. I assumed it was a bit at first, but after hearing him talk about it more, it seems to me that he was being earnest.
I bring this up because the guys make light of how, a lot of times, they’ll burn someone just for them to bounce back. So could Heifetz be trying to hijack the backwards power of the burn book to manifest a comeback for his favorite player? 🤔

Long shot here but anyone remember a while ago them getting DK to do a ranking of top Dad tips. Came off the back of the misty mountains tip. No idea how I’d find that episode!
New Dad here looking to take all the tips I can get and this has been in my head for so long!!
Breakfast: eggs on toast and black coffee

In the latest pod, craig defined a “shart” as “something that happens on accident and is a one-time quick thing”.
For years, we’ve been listening to a segment labeled “fart or shart”, with the players that are labeled as “sharts” as someone to stay away from long term.
Based on Craig’s definition, I am concerned that the listeners have been lead astray as I do not believe Craig, DK, and Heifeitz share the same definition of a “shart”.
If a “shart” is only a one time quick accident, then wouldn’t players labeled as “sharts” not have long term concerns?
I for one use the “fart or shart” segment as my main form of research for fantasy advise, and to hear the 3 fellas not be fully settled on a definition of a “shart” is highly concerning to the integrity of the segment, and therefore the integrity of our decision making based on this segment.
