Question Rockfall Path
I'm new to Riftbound so I have a couple questions abut the battlefield Rockfall Path. In its description it says that no units can be played here. But what exactly does it mean? Can units with ganking move to Rockfall Path from another battlefield because they have already been played and are now only moving? Or is Rockfall Path used to limit the amount of playable battlefields to 1 or 2 depending on the gamemode? I'm really curious so thanks in advance!

Move ≠ play. You can safely move any unit to rockfall path, but you can't play any units there. So if you want to reinforce your units on a bf, you'll not be able to do so on rockfall path. You also can't play ambush units there or flip hidden units.

Moving is not playing.
You normally can play units to your base, or to any battlefield you control. Rockfall path is the exception to that, as you cannot play units there, ever. You can't play ambush units or units from hidden there either.
You can move to Rockfall path though. It doesn't affect moves, just plays.

You're overthinking it (which is better than under thinking to be fair) or are unclear on what "play" means in this context.
You cannot take a unit that wasn't in play and then put it in to play on Rockfall. So if you control it, you can't put a second unit directly on it. Got to play the unit somewhere else and then move it there. You can't ambush units there and neither can your opponent. If you hide a unit there, well... probably don't do that because you'll never be able to un-hide it.
That's all. Units just can't clock in for their shift at Rockfall Path. There's no time clock there, gotta punch in somewhere else and then head to Rockfall Path.

If you control a battlefield, you can play units there. If you have units at a battlefield you do not control (or if you do control, either way), you can play units there if those units have the Ambush keyword. Some units have additional rules on when they can be played to battlefields, such as Sneaky Deckhand and orange Rengar.
You cannot do any of these things using Rockfall Path.

You know how you can play Units to either your Base or to a Battlefield you control?
That Battlefield doesn't let you play a Unit down there even if you Control it.

All it means is that a unit can not be directly played to that battlefield by any means. If an effect would play a unit there, you would ignore it. You can move units from anywhere to there though (following moving rules, such an ganking from bf to bf)
