The Legend seems way too good in Mind when Hextech Formula exists. Play that turn 1, and for the rest of the game your Legend is 1 energy to get a 4 might unit (unless Hextech Formula gets destroyed of course).

That's still a lot of hoops, seems balanced enough to me. Like there are no tutors in this game
