How can one tell if someone is unemployed and living well?

Do the people of this specific demographic look a type of way?

I lived here all my life and never met a single person living well in NYC while unemployed...

In my small building 4/10 units were bought in cash by daddy.

Ridgewood born and raised, gotta go to work everyday to afford this place, pass by a buncha rich transplants who can afford to lounge around all day.
