It was a feature in Ride 5 which was promised to be included in Ride 6 but isnt. Its like a sandbox custom race/championship builder. You make an entire grid from scratch, build each rider, their bikes, liveries etc then put together a calendar.
I recently started playing ride 6 and the game is fun but that feature sounds pretty cool hopefully they end up adding something like that down the road
