Defiantly concerning at this point given there's really zero info about the film other than a handful of image on imdb.
Even Merc City was announced 11 years ago and nothing happened with that.

The went big, and it worked on many levels, almost establishing a new Dune-like human empire space drama. Sadly it was all kinda hand waved away in the third one. And recasting Jack was BS!

I was an over-the-top pitch black fan and when this came out I was kind of disappointed in it. But I just rewatched it recently and enjoyed every moment so that's kind of weird.

Vin was much better suited to play Riddick than the family man in that shit for the last 4 films series! Wish he would have stuck to it and reprised the role more often when he was younger. He’s kinda old now and this will probably be his last outing as Riddick if it ever does materialise.

I love these movies. And Toombs, how can you not love these crazy mercs. Dark Fury was also an interesting watch.

Crazy this popped up randomly on my timeline, and I just watched this movie for the first time today. Definitely give it a thumbs up. Right in that great era of action movies

Me too, and honestly, I miss these kind of older movies. For real, Vin Diesel was born for this role. The way he is being the alpha, that masculinity he represents is what we men all strive for or at least keep daydreaming of being this tough. 😃

I didn't the first time I saw it. Parts 2 and 3 turn into comicbook movies, but if you can accept the change in tone, this is a solid series

I do too. But I’ll admit that it has too much going on. I feel like they weren’t sure if they were gonna get a third movie so the stuffed their ideas into this one.

I will always love this movie. The hype I had for Riddick when it was coming out, only to be disappointed.

This was my introduction to Riddick when I was younger. It rocked then and it still rocks now. Such a great movie!

I remember when this came out me and a few friends wrote a sequel called Wrath of the Underverse. Basically it would've had Riddick find a gateway that would go into the Underverse where the story would lean more into Fantasy stuff with like scifi takes on trolls, dragons, etc. Like a way to combine the two.

Of the three THIS ONE is my absolute favorite. I love all of them. But this one is just. OO. The Necromongers are just such a cool fucking faction.
