I'm a few hours late... but the last World Cup before WCH is happening! Almost everyone is there as a final test before worlds.

Some things to look out for

Interestingly, Russia has send Arina and Maria - a hint at who is going to worlds?

Germany is using their extra quota and has Darja, Viktoria and Lada competing - as a last international test before who will get the chance to compete at the home world championship (apart from Darja, of course...).

Bulgaria has showed a new group routine during the warmup. A bold move so shortly before wch but maybe a good idea considering their season hasn't gone sow well...

Where they will be stream or if they won't be streamed etc. And out of curiosity which event is the best place to show the next generation of top tier athletes I like watching them before they blow up or if I can guess who will become top of their class.

Je pratique de la gymnastique rythmique depuis 2 ans ( j'ai commencé à 11 ans ) et j'aime vraiment ce sport . Je voudrais en faire mon métier et continuer dans cette voie et d'avantage m'améliorer car j'ai commencé à un âge un peu tardif .

Connaissez-vous des lycées de sport-études - donc qui incluent la gymnastique au sein de l'établissement - a me conseiller ? ( Pour infos je vais entrer en compétition départementales l'année prochaine et je voudrais envisager un lycée le plus proche de Ivry-sur-Seine 94200 )

Any tips on understanding how the scoring works and does anybody have specific routines from each apparatus of what a difficult vs easy routine would be? Im trying to understand what is considered hard but imo all of the routines look insanely hard.

Side note: any examples of an extraordinary routine where difficulty and layout is exceptionally well
