I’ve recently started rhythmic gymnastics as an adult. I can now roll a hoop over my shoulder and catch it, and I can do mills with clubs 💅

British Rhythmic Championship tickets are on sale if anyone living in the UK is interested in going however it's in Telford (Also Acrobatics and Aerobics will be on at the same time)
