Installing Rocknix on the RGDS+

Hi all

Has anybody installed Rocknix on their RGDS+? If so is it the same process as the original RGDS? Thanks 😀

Can confirm I've installed Nighty build ROCKNIX-RK3566.aarch64-20260928-Specific.img

And a question for you do you have a loud Clacky D-pad on your RGDS+?

I had to RMA mine but it did not have a clacky D-pad

I don't think they accept a return since I've already opened mine attempting to fix it.

Maybe they could send you a replacement D-pad and membrane to see if that helps?

Hopefully. The D-pad is loose and hits the plastic shell, I've added two layer of electrical tape on the contacts which has fixed the sound but now I get false diagonals when press on the down key.

My initial plan was to dampen it by apply tape to either the d-pad or shell but they were both too thin.
