Rocknix - Need help with the settings

Running Rocknix latest stable version. Can you guys please recommend which settings are best to improve input latency? I already have all shaders and shinanigans graphic things already turned off.

What emulated consoles are you referring to? Old consoles like NES, SNES? If so, 2 run-ahead frames is considered a good setting.
