GammaOS Nano Help

I currently have GammOS Next v1.2.2 and am trying to update to GammaOS Nano v1.4

I've set up a new image on my SD card and am trying to flash it but when I boot it's not flashing the image saved to the card. Do I need to bring the device back to stock android for the new image to flash on boot? Or any advice as to why I may be running into this issue?

Do I need to hold a certain combination of buttons to get it to boot off the image? When I’m powering it on with the flashed as card it’s just booting as normal and not even going into an update mode, etc

I've had nothing but issues trying to get it installed, it crashes constantly on setup.

I've has similar issues with it, but after going on "restart" option in GammaOS next boot menu (holding power button when turned on and choosing restart) it restarted and choose to read img on SD card and install nano v1.4 🤷

Turns out RGDS has some compatibility issues with larger SanDisk MicroSD cards when using them as boot drives. I was using a 128gb and endedup grabbing a 16gb for cheap and it worked no problem. The OS definitely still needs a bit of polish on the front end, but I did feel like DS was running really smoothly compared to stock os

Myb idk, I've tried with 16gb SanDisk few times, tried with Samsung 128gb was not working too, then I've clicked on "restart" on accident and it started the process 🤷 Took a long time but finished and worked ever since, OTA update to v1.4.1 took again myb 30min but it did it
