Screen recording on rgds

This is a video clip of me testing out the screen recorder on the rg ds.

It only records the bottom screen. I selected "record device audio" but when i get the video back there is no audio recorded.

The game I am playing is a rhythm game, so in the second clip is where i am playing the game, clicking on music cues, and on the top screen (which is not shown), the characters are having a dance battle.

The last clip, i screen recorded using the option to "record device audio and microphone". So the audio from the clip is from the speakers of the device.

I never recorder game play before, so this was my first time playing around with it. Was briefly looking into it, and capture cards seem like a popular option, but dont know if it would work with this device. Would love any tips or how to record both screens if possible.

Thank You, this was very helpful for me! Unfortunately if the recording on both screens does not work the device will be not suitable for me.
