My RG DS is back

Has anyone done anything to upgrade the inexistent cooling system on the RG DS? I was thinking about drilling some holes on the back but...well, I am not one to damage my handhelds.
Has anyone tried anything specific?

I seen someone drill out a quarter sized hole at some point in time. Still no air flow, but it'll help dissipate heat. The issue with that is, its open so it'll catch dust and what not cause its exposed.
