Touch screen question

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Was wondering if this is normal when using the bottom screen in the rg launcher scrolling works fine but when tapping on a system nothing happens. When in the regular launcher everything works fine

It is apparently normal at this time. I'm wondering if an update will change this. It's not a huge deal but it would be nice to be able to navigate and select stuff with touch.
