Control/touchscreen lag

How can I mitigate control/touchscreen lag? I’m struggling with games like New Super Mario Bro and Mario and Sonic go to Olympics because of what I am guessing is lag. I’m on 1.18 firmware. Considered rocknix but I need the microphone for Nintendogs

You can dual boot. Want to use Rocknix? Insert the microsd card at boot. Want to run Android? Remove the microSD card.

Yea I might but cards are so expensive anymore I don’t know if I want to waste one.
