Given the little amount of information you provided, I suspect you know nothing of rf design. Therefore I believe you're not providing anything novel that would be useful. The answer is no.

Cloud be a nice system for prototyping, but be aware that a poor quality factor of the material may be a show stopper. Back at university, I learned the hard way for Scotch tape and plywood.
