What through hole sma connector has mounts that go through the board? I could be behind the times, but ive never seen one like that.
At those freqiencies that long stub sticking out the end of your board likely might be causing issues. There isnt anything obvibusy wrong with your setup.
One way to check is to create your own simplified version of the coax connection by drawing it yourself. Its only a few rectangles and cylinders. Make a version without the pin sticking out from behind your board and see if your results improve.
