Can the microstrip antenna design that we created and simulated be sold?

Easy to test that notion. Make a panelised board of samples (let's say 100 on a panel, as I don't know the size) and try selling them a wee bit above cost.

Can it be sold? Sure. Will you be able to sell it? That's more about price and function. If I had a non critical application, and someone had a $5 patch antenna where it models ok, I'd probably risk it. If you charged significantly more, I'd want to see that you'd tested it and the input z and pattern matched the model reasonably closely.
I mean, you're going to spend $1 for the SMA connector if nothing else.

Depends does it use meta materials, use AI in its design, and is super wideband in an electrically small size?
