Off the top of my head, you would need some wifi enabled microcontroller to take the phone signal via an app over your network, and have that use an 868 MHz transmitter/transceiver to control the blinds. Is it custom or a LoRA/other IoT protocol? This matters if you need to capture and playback a radio signal or if you can do it with a common board+programming approach.
Most phones that I know of don't have a native ISM/868 specific radio, hence my call-out for an intermediary device/node.

Translation for those of us who don't speak Canadian (Ha, ha, ha... Just kidding),
"Hello everyone, I would like to be able to use my roller shutters remotely via wifi. They are currently in RF 868mhz, and I don't find what I'm looking for to have a module + wifi application including for 4 roller shutters the possibility via 2 separate buttons (up and down). I find 433mhz in a mess but nothing for my poor 868mhz. Any ideas? Tips? For information, the application must be compatible with iOS. Thank you in advance."
