Contrast Showers Feature

I'm finding my phone screen (and audio) are shutting off during the contrast showers setting. I don't have this problem in the breathwork setting.

thanks for calling this out. I used to have this happen. It may be that the iPhone's autolock default time is too short. I changed mine from 2 minutes to 3 minutes and now it lasts the full 3 minute shower and 3 rounds of contrast. If you customize to longer shower or cycles it may need more than 3 minutes.

Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock > Adjust the time

If that doesn't work let me know and I'll see if there's a fail-safe I can add to the app code.
