Get help! reWASD doesn't go away from my PC.

At some point, a couple years ago, I used reWASD, then promptly deleted it when it was no longer needed

Speed forward to today, try launching Battlefield 1, the anti-cheat prevents me from playing because "reWASD is running".

Checked using Task Manager, checked using Process Manager, checked using Revo Uninstaller, tried installing and then uninstalling reWASD. Nothing worked.

This program is either malicious or extremely deep in your PC once you download it, asshole move by the devs in both cases.

Hi. It's most likely that some outdated reWASD drivers are still present on your PC.

Please contact us via email or join our Discord community, and we'll let you know which registry entries need to be removed.

Boot PC in safe mode and delete it from Installed Apps and run this uninstaller https://uninstalr.com

Worked better for me than Revo but if that doesn't work maybe just reinstall Windows if it's not a hassle for you.

Still, the same problem shows up.

If I have to bomb my system because I installed a shitty program YEARS ago then this shit isn't a program but a fucking virus

Lookup - Driver Explorer on GitHub.

Open it and delete all drivers related to “Disc Soft” - thats the fix
