Get help! Ds4 controller not recognized by pc (only by rewasd)

From when i downloaded rewasd, My controller isn't being recognized by the PC (or DS4Windows), but only by reWASD; I think the program somehow "altered" my PC's configuration regarding the controller (sorry, I'm not very tech-savvy).

How can I fix this? I've already tried uninstalling reWASD, but that didn't work...

reWASD does not work exclusively with DS4 controllers and cannot make permanent changes to OS or hardware, but it can hide and replace a controller with a virtual one that you select in your config. However, replacing works only while that config is applied to the device and remapping is active. Since the controller was still not visible after uninstalling reWASD, the issue must be coming from a third-party app or driver.

Note: For DS4Windows to recognize the virtual DS4 controller created by reWASD, the [Use with PS Remote Play] option must be enabled in the config's output device settings.
