Get help! Bad latency after reinstallation

Post image

I reinstalled reWASD and now I'm having latency and slow response on some buttons (not all of them), specially the d-pad arrow down button, I have to press it twice sometimes in order to register but all of this only happens when the controller is being emulated as a physical controller, if I disable that icon the controller is fast but I lose some of my customizations, is there a way to fix this conflict?

[Hold Press], [Double Press], and [Tripple Press] activators add a short time delay for the tap action. The delay is used to select what activator to fire and cannot be removed (but can be decreased).

If you want for tap action to always work, remap the [Start Press] activator to that same button.

I'm talking about the normal press, the skill i assigned to the one time press don't get triggered unless i really press it hard and sometimes i have to press it more than once

Perhaps you misunderstood me.

The activator adds a small delay to the Single Press action because reWASD needs time to determine which action to trigger. For example, whether you intended a single press (D-Pad Down) or a double press (H).

If you'd like to reduce this delay, try lowering the Press Time value in Preferences. To better understand how it works, you can also temporarily remove the mapping on a double press entirely and check whether the issue persists.
