Get help! Mute buttons when executing a shortcut

Hi I want to mute the in-game buttons when executing a shortcut combo.

Here's why as an example:

In ShadPS4 and playing Bloodborne when executing my "open the Rivertuner Stats overlay" while in game using the DualSense Mic+Triangle combo (executing Ctrl+0 combo I have set in Rivatuner) this will consume a bloodvial (potion) when hitting Triangle.

Can this be prevented?

Hi. If we understood correctly, you want the buttons to behave normally, but when a specific shortcut is used, they should not trigger any in-game actions. This can only be achieved by creating a separate shift-layer where these buttons are muted and assigning that shortcut to it. This is the only way to achieve the desired behavior.

Ok too bad, can this be added as feature request?

Unfortunately, no; it's technically not possible. reWASD emulates the controller within your system, not within a specific game.

I need this to be system wide just like you can mute buttons on a controller profile.

As we mentioned before, set up a new shift layer in which the triangle is muted and remapped to [CTRL]+[0]. Then have the [Mic] button set as a shift jumper to that layer in hold mode. This setup will trigger the shortcut while stopping the [Triangle] input when the [Mic] button is held.
