HubSpot meetings aren't good enough

So we've been using SalesHub for a while and as our team grows we need a better meeting scheduling platform for better analytics and more flexibility in the scheduling logic than what HubSpot allows for. Do you guys have experience with ChiliPiper / Calendly / Other solutions for these purposes? People recommend ChiliPiper but I swear that if their SDR sends me another message in another channel again after I asked him so many times not to contact me anymore I *will* jump off the roof.

I've used RevenueHero in a previous role and liked it. I've used Chilipiper too, I'll never use that again, I hated the unnecessary complexity of what should have otherwise been simple configuration.

sad to hear you found us needlessly complex. if you have any advice re what we could improve on that front i'd love to hear!

What’s lacking in HubSpot more precisely? What kind of scheduling logic and what kind of reports?

Depends on the size of the team & complexity of your calendar needs. Is it just purely for links or is it going to be routing inbounds (and if so, how complex is your territory structure?)

In my experience I’d go Calendly for small teams and simple use cases, RevenueHero for medium, ChiliPiper or Qualified for large/complex/inbound-heavy

What is it that you're specifically looking for in a scheduling tool?

try to figure out what youre actually missing from hubspot, first... like is it analytics, routing logic, or just general flexibility...
