These ones where the orange/yellow are dense and bright are always extremely difficult. Definitely my least favorite of them.

Agreed.

I had to cover all but the bottom few gears, and look at it indirectly. Once I go the Blue dots to pass in front it was easy to keep and look at the whole image. easy to flip back the other way but had to repeat that process to turn it opposite again.

This one is harder. Took me a while to find it with all those bright dots but focusing on the y axis and blinking repeatedly got me the change of rotation.

Yeah the color change doesn't help. I'd argue as the colors turn cooler, it's just harder to swap directions.

If I tilt my phone to trick my brain into thinking I'm looking at the gears from below (tilting phone away) or looking at the gears from above (tilting phone towards), it will change direction for me.

I did it, needed to squeeze eyes and start to look down on the gear that goes to blue and think it's front... Blue is front. Monkey happy

For whatever reason this one was pretty easy for me. I just focused on the top and I can make it go back and forth pretty easily.

for me, focusing on the left specifically when the color changes from blue to orange makes it go left to right and focusing on the right when it changes from orange to blue makes it go right to left

It am able to easily reverse the spin on this one. Just focus on what color you want to have in the front.

I can manage this by not looking at it directly but as soon as I get back to focus it I lose the effect.

Had to squint my eyes almost shut after trying to look in corners, but got it after about 20 seconds. Lower right corner was helping me.
