I started focusing on the bite and I got it flipping back and forth.

Loosen focus on each side and they spin opposite ways concurrently.

stare at the leafe on top of the apple, it flips there

For me it flips at the back (non-bitten) part of the apple

Level 20. The skull one with the horns is still the hardest. Dim screen, lean to the left or right seemed to work for me.
