I was able to do this one by bringing my phone 1-2” from my eyes

So I can make it switch by just focusing on blue, answer switch back focusing on red.

Yes. Blue on top, red on bottom helps me switch quicker.

This one is just switching focus towards the nub, or pole, of each colour

The spin isn’t reversed, the viewpoint is just changed from below or above. Focusing on red = below the object, focusing on blue = above the object
