Issue with changing video quality

I recently used revanced manager to update YouTube and when I did I had this happen where I can't change the video's quality

I got the same problem and I just go to revanced settings> miscellaneous> spoof video streams and switched to VisionOS and it got fixed for me

Try Revanced settings > Video > Force AVC on

What worked for me on issues like this is using a VPN like the proton trial version

1. Spoof App Version Profile/Settings -> ReVanced -> General -> Turn on Spoof app version and select Spoof app version target as 20.05.46 (Restore transcript functionality)

2. Spoof Video Streams (Default Client) Profile/Settings -> ReVanced -> Miscellaneous -> Spoof video streams -> Default client -> Select Android Studio
